Don was very helpful and helped customize our shed at a reasonable price. He was also able to make changes to the measurements when I gave him the wrong ones at first. He also helped mediate with the loan company. Highly recommended!

Needed a shed for our new home, decided to check out Tuff Sheds. I did some research online and used their custom quote builder to design a shed that would fit my space. I was unsure of what type of shed to go with so I decided to visit the store in Fairfield. Steven was able to show me model sheds that fit my needs. He showed me the differences between each model and trim level. I decided to go with a 6’x10’ Premier Tall Barn style shed. Steven helped me get my order in and with in a week or so it was ready to be installed. The install went smoothly, Dave installed the shed quickly and efficiently. The install took about 5 hours. I’m very happy with how everything turned out! I would recommend going to Steven for all your shed needs. Thanks again!

From start to finish this shed purchase has been great, easy sale and financing. Lead time for the delivery was sooner than expected. The contractor showed up on time explained the process, said it would take about 4 hours to set up, which is what happened. They did an excellent job, everything promised was delivered. In this day and age where customer service is lacking, Tuff Shed doesn’t have that problem, Great customer service, great process overall.

We've been thinking about getting a Tuff Shed for a while. We priced items through our local box store and the local Tuff Shed dealer. Thanks to Steven Dawson, we learned a lot not only about the product in general but the differences in ordering direct from Tuff Shed. It was a no brainer after learning so much. We ordered our shed on a Saturday and it was ready for install the following next. The install crew was amazing. They completely built the shed in just about two hours - it was a smaller one. Everyone we've dealt with has been professional and more than accommodating. We even asked for some touch up paint for the future and they didn't hesitate to fill our request. Thanks again Steven! We are loving the new addition.
