Excellent purchase process and installation. We worked with Travis Pich to design the shed, and he was very easy to work with and provided great ideas and feedback and we went through the process. He also made the modification process easy when I realized I wanted a second window. I would definitely work with him again. On installation day, John and Miguel came to set it up. John was meticulous and an incredible TuffShed ambassador. He made sure my yard was kept clean, was careful with my new turf, and made sure I was happy before he left. He's been with TuffShed for 14 years, and explained every part of the process. I didn't expect to have so much fun watching my shed be built. I would 100% request him to build any additional sheds. Thank you for a great process, and I look forward to working with you guys again!

Five star experience with Travis at the El Cajon Tuff Shed location! He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. He helped us design the exact shed we wanted. The shed was delivered and installed in four days from date of purchase. The shed quality is outstanding, and the customer service was even better.
