First off, these sheds came HIGHLY recommended by our friends and family. The "No-Regrets" Barn style shed offers an amazing amount of room. My experience with the purchase process, showroom tour, and purchase updates have been faithfully attended to by our Shed-Sherpa, Travis Bartosek at Tuff Sheds Concord. I can not imagine a more knowledgeable or thoughtful representative for a product with so many variables. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our purchase was affordable, fit all of our needs and brought up many pints we had not considered. It was not an upsell campaign to maximize profit through unwanted additions. His recommendations, both for and against options were based only on our wants and desires. 10/5 Stars!

My first contact was with Nathan. I am redoing my yard and have an unusual set-up. I wanted the new shed against an existing workshop and tucked under the eaves. I sent pictures and dimensions to him, and he created a solution that fit my needs. I delayed delivery until my yard was further along. When the shed arrived, it turned out that I had not anticipated some of the conditions. The installers were awesome, looking at the conditions with me, developing options for the installation and being patient as we figured out what to do. (They were here a long time.) Nathan was instrumental in getting a solution that worked for Tuff Shed and for me. The finished product is exactly what I wanted. It fits in the space I had intended, blends well with the workshop, is solid and will provide me all the space and access I had hoped. So pleased that I chose Tuff Shed!
