We are completely happy with our Tuff Shed. Fred Tubbs was very patient with us throughout the process. We took quite a few months to make our purchase, and Fred had our best interests in mind all along. He also always took the time to answer our questions, no matter how obscure. We would-and have-recommend contacting Fred if you’re considering buying a shed. The installation team was also great. They arrived on time and finished in less time than expected. We had some concerns about the placement of our shed and they were also patient with us. The entire experience was great from start to finish.

We had a wonderful experience with Fred Tubbs who helped us through the whole process. He contacted us quickly after we completed an online order to clarify the details. Fred was also helpful when we visited the showroom to make final decisions on some design details. Fred went beyond expectations to react to our last minute change in shed size at closing time after we had set up an install date. He stayed late to make sure the change was in the system and processed our credit quickly the next morning. I highly recommend Tuff Shed and would seek out Fred Tubbs as a sales rep.

Hello, We are first time Tuff Shed customers, and excited for the build and install next week , as this will be my new home office. Meeting and working with Fred Tubbs at the Anaheim facility has been amazing. He has been extremely outgoing, educating about the process and available options in picking the best sheds for our property and needs. He makes you feel comfortable and confident that what he's telling you and ultimately what you are purchasing is right for what your needs are. Process was great. 5 star for Brandon Rasch. He contacted me via email after I inquired about getting a shed. He walked me through the process and my many questions and got me what I needed. Also found out I was eligible for a 0% interest rate for a year which was awesome. Thank You Brandon for all your help. The install went smoothly also. I paid the extra $500 for tear down and removal of my old shed which was totally worth it!!! Tear down and install took about 3 hours. 4 stars for the construction of the shed. You can tell the shed is quickly pre-assembled at the shop. A lot of the nails come through the siding and are not into the studs, also some of the door hinge screws are not in the door frame . Otherwise it's a solid shed. I love the large door and nice hardware. I put a snap together floor to protect the factory flooring.
