What a pleasant experience I had today at Tuff Shed with Fred. He was up beat and from the moment my wife and I walked through the door. He was informative, he was patient and knowledgeable with my questions and his answers. I could tell he wasn’t just trying to oversells me anything but definitely wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. I am thankful for that experience because making such a big purchase is hard. I would definitely recommend Fred in the future.

Let me start with one word that pretty much sums up my experience with Fred. Ease. The ease in which our first meeting went for starters. I came in with my 11 month old grandson and my daughter, from the get go there was no “oh no a baby”. It was down to business, sizes, dimensions, options, upgrades, we(daughter and I) asking the same questions in a different way with no judgement, no signs of frustration, just info being imparted by a knowledgeable and easy going representative of Tuffshed. What could have taken much longer was handled with “ease”. All the while Bowen was crawling around the showroom enjoying the experience as well. We shared family experiences and laughed and learned about the product. Today was our signing and sealing the deal, again with a list of questions for Fred and again, it was handled with “ease “. I can’t stress enough how valuable an employee is, when the customer “‘me”, feels respected and appreciated. Although I haven’t received the product, I trust Fred from my brief encounters that he stands by his product and that I will be a proud owner of my very own Tuffshed! Thank you Fred and happy golden birthday to your baby girl!

Was in the market for A Tuff shed. My wife and I went to the Anaheim location, we met Fred Tubbs. mr. Tubbs was phenomenal very informative. No pressure to buy overall just a good experience. We purchased it on Friday and on Tuesday it was already installed. The two installers Jesse and his partner did a fantastic job installing it, and the work area was cleaned up. touched up anything that needed to be with paint And we’re done in no time at all. I would recommend this company thank you Fred and Jesse.

We are completely happy with our Tuff Shed. Fred Tubbs was very patient with us throughout the process. We took quite a few months to make our purchase, and Fred had our best interests in mind all along. He also always took the time to answer our questions, no matter how obscure. We would-and have-recommend contacting Fred if you’re considering buying a shed. The installation team was also great. They arrived on time and finished in less time than expected. We had some concerns about the placement of our shed and they were also patient with us. The entire experience was great from start to finish.
