We had an outstanding experience with Tuff Shed – Peoria location! From start to finish, Kent made the entire process smooth, exciting, and completely stress-free. What we loved most is how we were able to fully customize our shed exactly the way we wanted — from the layout to the features. Kent was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, walking us through every option and helping us design something that truly fits our needs. He never rushed us and made sure we felt confident with every decision. On top of that, Zak also went above and beyond to help move our installation date up sooner than expected. That level of dedication and customer care is rare these days! Our shed hasn’t been installed yet, but based on the exceptional service and customization experience alone, we already know we made the right choice. I purchased my Tuff Shed from Kent Money approximately three years ago. My lock on my Tuff Shed began giving me issues. When I put the key in the lock it would not unlock or lock the handle after several attempts. I was finally able to get the key to unlock the handle. I removed the lock handle and took it to Tuff Shed location at 9802 N. 91st Ave. Suite 110. I was expecting that I would have to purchase a whole new lock set. When I entered the store I saw that Kent Money was still the salesman that sold me my shed three years ago. I explained to Kent what my problem was and he looked up my purchase on his computer. Kent told me that the lock was still under warranty. He then called the Tuff Shed warranty person, Zak,. Kent said that Zak would call me and set up an appointment to send out a technician to exchange the lock. On Saturday, December 6, 2025 Zak called me and set up my appointment to replace the lock. The date for replacing the lock will be Tuesday, December 9, 2025 between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. TUFF SHED IS THE BEST!!! THANK YOU KENT AND ZAK Respectfully, Mark Deterding

This was an amazing experience. Our sales guy, Kent Money walked me through fifty different options and combinations, answered all of my questions and set me up with the perfect shed. Installers James and Cody were out 3 days later and absolutely crushed it, they were super efficient, talked me through the process and even seemed to enjoy in my excitement. Thanks guys!!

My husband and I were so happy with the two sheds that we purchased in November that we called Kent up and ordered another one. The crew was polite and professional. They were a few of the crew from our original build and were already familiar with the area where we wanted the shed to go and had it built by late afternoon. We are so pleased with our Tuff Sheds, Kent's helpfulness, and the build crew. Keep up the good work!
