Kent was a wonderful sales representative and we are very pleased to have worked with him. We plan on buying a shed soon and really like what we were shown in the show room. It's nice being able to see the different sheds in person and in an air conditioned showroom. And being able to visually see the shed "being built" on the computer and making changes to the shed was so fun and amazing! We look forward to finalizing our decision with Kent and with Tuff Shed! Kent, our sales contact, did a great job for us. He kept the process light-hearted and showed great patience as my wife and I discussed the options he offered. Communication by the scheduler Zack was prompt and he was easy to work with as I needed more time to prep the sight. The installation crew led by Ramses communicated well and they did a great job of erecting the shed. The building came out just as Kent had specified. All-in-all a very pleasant process.

Kent welcomed us to the Tuff Shed sales office and showroom in Peoria,AZ. He showed the various models available, explained potential options and upgrades as well. He always and quickly replied to texts and emails. Made changes to our design a few times as we requested, made sure all questions were answered, and made us feel good about the purchase which we finalized by phone.
