My wife and I bought a 12'x24' TuffShed from the Chino Valley factory/store. As with any business, it's both the people and the product which determine success or failure. The people we dealt with were truly outstanding. Because of the size of our shed, city permits were required, as well as a concrete foundation. Our sales representative, Monique Biffignani, was helpful beyond words. She explained clearly exactly how the process worked, recommended concrete contractors, and kept us informed of the status all the way through. Every question we had she promptly answered. The city permitting process was expertly managed by Lori Shuman, who similarly kept us informed of exactly how the process worked and the status of it throughout. Every time we had a question it was promptly and expertly answered by both of them. Everyone else involved was similarly professional and helpful. The finished shed is just exactly what we wanted. A first-rate organization!
