We started off they year with a step toward improving ourselves and our company with our Leadership Meeting 2017. This February we welcomed all 44 of our General and Regional Managers to our headquarters in Denver for our annual two-day meeting.

This internal meeting is our favorite start to every year. It’s a great time to shine the spotlight on the achievements of the previous year and begin making improvements in the coming months. Our goal is to organize our best practices and spread them throughout the company to make sure that you, our customer, receive the highest level of service possible.

A few highlights from our Tuff Shed Leadership Meeting 2017, including honoring our stores that received exemplary customer service ratings and improving our onsite customer experience, while building excitement for the company. After a big year of growth, this meeting was a great opportunity to bring together the Tuff Shed family for a fresh start. We look forward to implementing new ideas and practices while continuing to provide our legendary service and product.
