Very pleased with my shed. Allison was very easy to work with even when I made a last minute change. Her experience was evident when she suggested we switch to black trim and I'm glad she suggested it. The installation crew was professional and very polite. I decided to have a landscaper prepare the base for the shed before delivery by placing and compacting crusher run as poured concrete pad prices are very expensive. No shims were needed for leveling contributing to a better overall appearance.

The entire Tuff Shed design & build process from start to finish was excellent. Sales Design Consultant, Allison Nelson was top notch on many levels, the cat's meow. I could not have asked for a better experience than what she provided. I was happy to have the ability to put into the design the various options that I wanted to fit my own individual shed needs. I selected the 12'x14' Premiere Tall Ranch. I went into my shed research wanting a strong, solid and visually appealing shed, one that would stand the test of time. A shed that did not require a base (concrete/gravel, etc.) while still not having any issues being placed directly on the ground. With Tuff Shed's strong materials and steel floor joist system, that was not an issue at all. The day of the build, the workers went the extra mile with leveling and constructing the shed while keeping to their building & clean up time schedule, leaving not a trace of anything being built that day, except my satisfaction and the shed itself. I would definitely utilize Tuff Shed again for any of my storage needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else. I would also like to add that I live right next to a school and during the day of the building process on 3 separate occasions, various members of the school's faculty popped out to ask the builders questions about the shed and how they could find out more information about getting one of their own. I overheard one gentleman say to one of the builders, "We've been watching this process unfold from the windows, what is this shed builder & model called because I want one exactly like this" 5/1/2023 Update - When finishing the application for the 2nd coat of paint this spring I decided to swap the colors on trim & base that I had originally selected to have the base color be a closer match to the light grey siding of my house (Tundra Frost: Trim & Solitary State: Base) - See 3 newly added photos Thank you again Allison Nelson : ) (Tuff Shed Sales Design Consultant, Albany, NY)

The purchasing process was super easy and Allison Nelson was there for us all along from drawing up the idea to the finished product. She was responsive on weekends and nights which was very helpful. Miguel and his team did a great job installing our pre fabricated shed. They arrived during the expected window and completed install in one day. The shed is exactly what I hoped for. The materials aren’t warped like you see at some big box stores. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market or looking for reliable storage or extra space!

When I decided to install a 14'x18' garage on my property I didn't know where to begin. After looking into multiple companies I decided to go with Tuff Shed because of 2 recommendations I got from friends. The website was fantastic for me to experiment with building different garages with different options and it provided a quote instantly. Once I submitted my choices I got an email from Allison and from there the experience just kept getting better. Allison and I talked on the phone many times due to the crazy amount of questions I had. She was always patient and helpful and even made some suggestions that I did not consider but am glad I went with. I needed a town variance as well as a slab before I could move ahead. Once that was done Frank from Tuff Shed came to inspect the slab to make sure it met the requirements that they provided. 2 weeks from then, Frank's crew of 3 guys showed up with the garage, stacked up on a flatbed. In 6.5 hours they had the garage up. These guys were a well oiled machine that worked quickly and with precision. From the useful website to working with Allison to get my order placed to Frank's professional crew, my whole experience was great! I highly recommend the team at Tuff Shed.
