Our straightforward warranties are designed to give you peace of mind. TUFF SHED stands behind its products, and offers limited warranty coverage varying in scope on our different products. Our new building warranties cover material defects and workmanship, and if there is a repair issue covered by warranty, TUFF SHED will repair the problem. And best of all you can buy with the peace of mind that TUFF SHED will be around to handle your warranty issues for years to come, as we’re celebrating our 33rd Anniversary this year!

  • Garden Series: 5-Year Limited Warranty that covers material defects and workmanship.
  • Premier Series: 7-Year Limited Warranty that covers material defects and workmanship.
  • Premier PRO Series: 10-Year Limited Warranty on materials and workmanship.
  • Specialty items (garage cabinets and flooring), and a select few other structures (cabin shells, playhouses, and chicken coops) are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty that covers material defects and workmanship.
  • If you purchase a display building from TUFF SHED, it will be covered by a warranty specific to that product series (i.e. Garden Series, Premier Series or Premier PRO Series), but this warranty will only cover workmanship and materials with regard to roofing and siding only. Some materials, such as siding and shingles have their own manufacturer’s warranty that may exceed the TUFF SHED warranty.

  5. I have a premier pro series serial number PP-109867. It is leaking a little water on the roof line. I can’t determine how it is getting in. All looks to be in good shape. My local dealer in Buda, TX says they don’t have all the details. They have dimensions and add-ons like sky lights and windows but not the warranty info. Something about computer system change over. It should be under warranty and I’d like to get it repaired.

    1. Hi Jeff,

We’re sorry to hear about the leaking issue on your building. If you could email a good contact number to [email protected] we’ll have one of our national representatives look into it. Thank you!

  10. Hello, to start with my Tuff Shed was a great purchase and I have no regrets for spending the money for it. It has been a few years and now my door lock seems to be getting a little difficult to unlock. My question is where can I buy a new handle with the key locking mechanism for a shed with the Serial Number: L09442?

    Thank you

Please send us an email at [email protected] with a good contact number to reach you, the name the building was purchased under, and the location it was purchased from. Our team will be in touch as soon as possible to get you your new keys.
