We hired tough shed to install a 10x12 pro studio. We are very happy from the experience with Cathy on the initial call to the install. We made quite a few changes and she worked with us with a smile. The day of the install there was a delay with the door and a mix up with the trusses. This worked well in our favor as we were painting it ourselves, so it would match our house exactly, and it gave us time to paint all the trim before it was installed. We also did owner supplied shingles to matched our shingles and had it installed on a monolithic slab. We will use tough shed again when we need another shed.

Javier our Tuff Shed specialist did a fabulous job with our install. It was a very hot day. I didn’t expect them to show up in the afternoon. They did and he didn’t slow down. We've been working with Cathy Shamblin, our sales associate for awhile now. She checks in with us on the progress, listens to our many questions, explains everything in great deal, and alerted us to promotional discounts which saved well over $500. Cathy is professional yet friendly, pleasant but not pushy, and did a really great job of handling the initial portion of us getting our shed. We are really pleased with her knowledge on all the products (roof, walls, concrete, warranties, even down to the door screws. Thank you Cathy!

We had a Tuff Shed installed in our backyard, we purchased a 12 x 18 and opted for a concrete floor and the entire process went very well. Linda King was our sales associate and made everything very transparent and even made some fine points to make the shed better and was a joy to work with. When issues popped up about permitting with the city of Tampa, she’s right there to help get it fixed. Everything worked out great with a Tuff Shed and we’re very happy with the final product.
