PRIZES & CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION MAY APPLY. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Thunder Mountain Custom motorcycle and shipping of the Grand Prize Motorcycle to the Winner's residence. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is thirty-two thousand, five hundred dollars ($32,500.00). The winner may either arrange for the delivery of the Grand Prize to winner's place of residence or other address provided by winner within the fifty (50) state of the United States of America (or the District of Columbia), or the winner may pick up the Grand Prize at Thunder Mountain Custom Cycles at 760 SE Frontage Road, Fort Collins, CO 80524 upon providing at least ten (10) days prior notice to Sponsor. If winner chooses to travel to Thunder Mountain Custom Cycles to pick up the Grand Prize, winner shall bear the sole responsibility of all costs, fees and risks associated with and related to said travel, arrangements and delivery of the Grand Prize. In addition to the foregoing, all Grand Prize vehicle tax, title, registration, license and insurance fees, and all other costs and expenses not expressly specified herein as being part of the Grand Prize, are solely the Grand Prize winner's responsibility and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Sponsor to winner. Three (3) Finalist Prizes will be awarded. Each Finalist Prize will consist of: a trip for two (2) to the 2008 Thunder in the Rockies event in Loveland, Colorado. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Denver International Airport; two (2) round-trip ground transfers between Denver International Airport to the hotel in Loveland, Colorado, four (4) days and three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor's choice (single room, double occupancy, room and tax only); and one-thousand dollars ($1,000) in cash. Should the finalist reside in Colorado, the roundtrip, coach-class airline transportation and roundtrip ground transportation portion will be void. Sponsor shall instead provide finalist two-hundred fifty dollars ($250) for automobile travel expenses. Winner must travel to the event on Friday, August 29, 2008 and depart on Monday, September 1, 2008, or prize will be forfeited. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companions must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the Prize a prize award of equal or greater value. The Prize, and any part thereof, has no cash equivalent and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other consideration except as explicitly set forth in these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not, and shall not be, responsible if the winner is unable to accept or use all or any portion of the Prize due to the winner's failure to qualify or comply with these Official Rules or any law, regulation or other rules which apply to their acceptance, receipt and/or use of the Prize award, or for any other reason.

Finalists will participate in a random key drawing ceremony at the 2008 Thunder in the Rockies events. Each Finalist will attempt to start the Grand Prize Motorcycle with their selected key. The finalist with the key that starts the Grand Prize Motorcycle will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner. In the event of technical difficulties that prevent the Grand Prize Motorcycle from starting or the Grand Prize Motorcycle starting for more than one finalist, a random drawing will be held to determine the Grand Prize Winner.
In order to claim the Prize and be declared the official winner, the winner will also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days after said documents are provided to winner, or the Prize will be irrevocably forfeited and an alternate potential Prize winner will be selected. Once all the required documentation is returned duly signed, as required, by the potential winner, the Prize will be awarded as set forth herein.
The decisions of the Sponsor as to the administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility of entrants and selection of potential winners will be final and binding in all respects.

The Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty (except for Thunder Mountain Custom Cycles' manufacturer's standard warranty on the Grand Prize, if any), guaranty or representation of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose). The Releasees are not responsible for the inability of any entrant to accept the Prizes for any reason, nor for any issues relating to delivery of the Prize, delays, defects, damages, registration/ownership issues or interruptions.
