We had our shed installed today, and I couldn’t wait to write this review. We’re thoroughly satisfied with the work done. A special shoutout to our sales representative, Elijah-Ray Cardenas, for going above and beyond to assist us. He meticulously tracked every step of the process and resolved any issues that arose when we switched our purchase from online to in-store. Despite the challenging weather conditions, including heavy rain and thunderstorms during the last month, our concrete installation was delayed multiple times. This delay, in turn, caused the shed installation to be postponed as well. Even though Elijah-Ray’s role was primarily that of a salesperson, he consistently followed up with our project. His dedication and attention to detail are truly commendable, and he deserves all the recognition and praise for the successful completion of this project. Even though the shed's cost was high, the exceptional quality and service we received were incredibly valuable and justified every penny spent.

It was a pleasure doing business with Larry King at the Lewisville store. He was cordial and knowledgeable about the product. With his help, I replaced my 25-year-old Tuff Shed with a larger model. After installation, I realized that I needed a ramp, so he got me that, too.

Thank you Larry King and Tuff Shed for our wonderful new shed. We had looked online and decided on the size and style we wanted. Larry started with that and walked us through the whole process and helped us fine tune the shed with things like windows, shelves, roof vent and tie down straps. I am very pleased with my 10x8 premier ranch tuff shed. Larry King helped me through the purchase process at the Lewisville location and answered all of the questions that I had. The shed is very high quality and I am satisfied with the build. On my initial delivery and install day I ran into a clearance issue due to the height of my eight foot tall cedar privacy fence which kept the installers from being able to get the wall panels through my gate. I called Larry and he sorted the issue out quickly and my shed was delivered and built on site a few days later which I was pleased with. Larry, I appreciate your help and support through that fence dilemma. I will recommend a Tuff Shed to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a shed.
