My wife and I were at first going to go through Home Depot or Lowe’s to look for a shed. Then good friends of ours referred us to Craig Kelly, design consultant with Tuff Shed. From start to finish, Craig was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Our total experience with him to the install was outstanding ! Craig set us up with someone who tore down the old shed, hauled it away, then came back and poured the concrete slab. The Tuff Shed installers completed building the shed in about 4 hours ! We were very impressed with the quality of the product, the workmanship from the installers and the follow-up from Craig to make sure we were completely happy with the overall experience. We are. I would highly recommend TuffShed and Craig Kelly !!

Our experience with Tuff Shed was excellent from start to finish. We bought our shed at their location on Northwest Highway in Palatine, and our salesman was Craig Kelly. Craig is a true professional, knows their business well, and provided us with excellent service. He listened to us and matched a model to what we needed. As part of the process, we looked at options from 3 or 4 other companies and found Tuff Shed to be the best value by far. Not the cheapest. There are plenty of cheap alternatives out there. But Craig customized a shed that gave us the best combination of features, workmanship, durability and cost. After we made our decision, Craig and company worked with us through the local permitting process to make sure we had what we needed as we got approvals. We were also very happy with the installers. They were professional, friendly, fast, and efficient. Our new shed is beautiful and a dramatic improvement over our old shed. Thank you again to Craig and the whole Tuff Shed team!

The entire experience of purchasing our new shed was exceptional. Craig Kelly our design consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions, had terrific follow up and was very professional. He recommended a contractor to put in the concrete slab for us and he was great to work with and did a wonderful job. Lastly, the installer Jesus Castro that installed the shed was professional, courteous and communicated with us throughout the install to ensure things were done as we wanted as we were not home for the entire installation. I would highly recommend Tuff Shed!
