About 10 days ago, my wife and I met and spoke with Javier Altamirano about replacing our rusted, 30 yr old, 8'x10' metal storage shed . We explained our need for much larger, newer shed, but we had been stymied by our budget. The sheds we found suitable were way out of our price range, OR we would have had to have it shipped to us, assemble it ourselves or hire a contractor to do it for us. We asked Javier if he could help us. Javier totally surprised us with an 8' x 15' "super-tall" shed he was able to quickly fit into our spending limit! We bought it right there and then. Javier reconfigured the shed to fit the pad we had for it and provided upgrades we did not expect! Javier was thoughtful, accessible and professional! He took care of every post-sale arrangement for delivery and setup of our Tuff Shed. He was so accommodating! AND the installation crew that arrived at our house were INCREDIBLY nice and professional! They had our shed setup, painted, roofed and cleaned up all the debris in 6 hrs!! Just as Javier said it would be! My wife and I cannot recommend Javier Altamirano and Tuff Shed strongly enough! Go see him! We have no doubt he can help you too.

We live in The City of Visalia. Last year, we visited the Home Depot in Visalia to purchase a Tuff Shed. Once we purchased the shed, we experienced poor customer service from a representative named John Silva. As a result of this, we cancelled our order. Today we visited Tuff Shed in Fresno and dealt with representative Javier Altamirano. His customer service was positive, professional, and detailed. Tuff Shed should be proud to have an employee of his caliber working for their establishment. His demeanor sold our family a Tuff Shed today. Again, we appreciated Javier's service and would recommend family and friends to purchase Tuff Sheds in Fresno, especially from representative Javier Altamirano. BD

We walked out with the contract to our new shed and we're very pleased with the experience. I’m happy to report that Tuff Shed delivered on their promise, our shed was just built, the craftsmanship and quality of the shed is top notch, it literally is a mini house ready to withstand the elements. Thank you Javier and Team, you made this process extremely easy, the worker who came out to asses the proposed area as well as the crew who completed the shed were professional and willing to answer all our questions and ensure we were satisfied before they left. I love this shed! Spoke with Javier on a Saturday about getting this delivered and set up ASAP. Needed it done quickly and they were able to accommodate. Meet with Javier to go over specs/colors. I was happy that they had colors that would match my house. He made everything smooth. The installers showed up on time and knocked it out before lunch. Great experience from start to finish.
