Through our centralized Customer Service Center in Hutchins, TX, we follow-up with every customer who purchases one of our buildings to rate customer care and resolve any warranty issues. (We project selling 60,000 units this year, so that's an amazing amount of live follow-up and customer care.) This follow-up also gives us "real-time" feedback and survey statistics allowing us to see if we're continuing to live up to our customer promises.
TUFF SHED is also a member of the Better Business Bureau in every one of our factory markets. Our memberships with the BBB provide another great way to measure our ability to resolve customer issues, besides giving customers the assurance that our company values customer service and takes appropriate steps to resolve customer issues.
